>>> New Year’s Resolutions….time to share those goals!

Do you start out the year setting big, bold, crazy goals and get super excited for the year ahead?  But come February, you are falling off the bandwagon and by the end of the year….  Nothing has actually changed!

Lose weight.  Eat healthy foods.  Exercise daily. If you're like many people, you made these or similar pledges to improve your health. Resolutions are easy to start, the challenge is sustaining them.

It's all in the planning

Making resolutions is the first step, but you need a plan and a healthy dose of perseverance if you want to succeed.

Habits and behaviors are very difficult to change and when you don't have a well thought out plan on how you are going to make sustainable changes that fit into your lifestyle… it leads to failure.

It’s not enough to simply say, "I want to lose weight and exercise more." You need a detailed blueprint that addresses how you'll reach these goals.

Ok time to pick yourself up, give yourself a mental shake and recalibrate those resolutions!  Where to start?

It’s time to not only write down those goals and projects you have set for yourself...  in my experience, I’ve found that sharing these goals ensures I stay focussed, avoid the bright, shiny objects syndrome and push myself harder to make it happen.

Tip #1

Find yourself and accountability partner to help keep you on track and keep you accountable over the next 90 days to change habits and start seeing results.  Get them to check in with you on a regular basis.

 Tip #2

Tweaking the brand

I have been a little MIA over the past 2 weeks, not only working on strategic goals I’m rolling out in 2018, I have also been working with my branding agency to freshen up my website, and value add with more tips for balancing lifestyle and business.

My focus on health & fitness over the years has been ‘the wellness of you is the wellness of your business’.  News to come on this later…

To your success…
