>>> The choice to let our true selves be seen!

Hi there!

Friday yay! What a week hey, kicked some goals, solved some problems, went to a Comedy Festival show (biggest belly laugh in ages), caught up with some gal pals for a vino, ran a Culinary Masterclass and supported others in their entrepreneurial journey.   No doubt you have had a similar week…

I just wanted to take a moment and share that I woke up this morning feeling less perky than usual, no doubt tired after the high of a jam packed week.  I checked in and realised I was judging my performance – “had I given enough value” etc. When I delved deeper the root of my thought processes lead me to 'fear of judgement'.

After talking this through with my partner, an ontological coach, he noted this as a common thread with clients.

So my enlightening moment, don’t spend your life living in the assessment of others.  When you are tired and feeling at your most vulnerable, embrace your authentic self, take some time out to reflect over the week, focus on the goals you have achieved and give yourself some self-care!

My go to pick-me-up is to do something creative, usually involving food and/ or wine!

I will leave you with a quote on vulnerability I found to be quite poignant, hope you relate to it too!

To your success...
